If you would like to exchange the item, please return the original for a refund and repurchase the correct size you will need for the fastest service.  You may send in the item to exchange and we will ship the new item as soon as we receive the original item.

1) Damaged / Defective Item -
If you received a damaged or defective item please contact us immediately at 913 393 2221 (Open Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm PST) -or- e-mail us at NOTE: All our packages are insured against damage or loss in will be happy to file a UPS claim for "Damaged" items or schedule a pick up for "Defective" items. Please indicate if you would like a replacement sent or a refund. Please do not refuse the package or attempt to return it yourself prior to contacting us. We will remedy the situation for you! 

2) Changed your Mind -
If you wish to return an item due to "Buyers Remorse" within 60 days of receiving the item then you are subject to the following terms & conditions:
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to ship the item back to us in New Condition. All original equipment, manuals, components, cables, and packaging must be returned in new condition. NOTE: Please remove all dog/cat hair from sweaters, apparel and pet products before returning. 
  • There is no restocking fee for items received in normal condition. If there is any pet hair on the item, or if the item requires any extra cleanup the refund amount will not exceed 50% of the original purchase price.
  • If you received Free Shipping on your order and you are returning your entire order due to "Buyers Remorse", your initial shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund.
  • We can not accept refunds on opened Petsafe & Innotek electronic collars.
